POLYFLOW - Why are Bad_mesh.flum and Bad_mesh.flur files created?

Although the calculation seems to perform properly, files Bad_mesh.flum and Bad_mesh.flur are created. Why?
When a 2D free surface calculation is defined, the trouble may also appear if the standard Galerkin integration is selected for the free surface. Possibly, the user should select here the Upwinding scheme for the free surface calculation. The expert system checks the quality of the finite element mesh throughout the calculation, and thus also during the Newton iteration process. It may happen that the grid be distorted before reaching convergence. Usually, if the grid obtrained at the last solution is reasonnable, the user should not worry about the Bad_mesh.flum and Bad_mesh.flur files. Under other circumstances, they may be used for restarting the calculation.
