Material Window error - Error: cx-show-toggle-button

You receive this error:

Error: cx-show-toggle-button: wta[1](widget)
Error Object: #f

When opening up the Material window running Fluent 6.3.26 64-bit running on Windows 64
The resolution found in a couple of cases is to update the video driver to the latest driver from the vendors website.

First locate your Video Card and Driver Information

Open up Control Panel
Display
Settings
Advanced
Adapter (this will tell you what video card you are using)
Properties
Driver (this will tell you what driver version you are using)

Once you have your video card and driver information go to the vendors
website and download a newer driver.

Nvidia: <a target=_blank href="http://www.nvidia.com">http://www.nvidia.com</a>http://www.nvidia.com
ATI: <a target=_blank href="http://ati.amd.com">http://ati.amd.com</a>http://ati.amd.com

Remove the existing driver

Open up Control Panel
Add/Remove Programs
Uninstall NVIDIA or ATI Drivers
Reboot

Install the newer downloaded driver
Reboot again

NOTE: It is very important that you follow these steps exactly, especially removing the existing driver.

If that does not resolve the issue try opening up Fluent (if running in serial mode) using the -serv flag. For example, at the command line type: fluent 3d -serv

Or run Fluent in parallel by typing: fluent 3d -t2
