Material Window error - Error: cx-show-toggle-button
You receive this error: Error: cx-show-toggle-button: wta[1](widget) Error Object: #f When opening up the Material window running Fluent 6.3.26 64-bit running on Windows 64 The resolution found in a couple of cases is to update the video driver to the latest driver from the vendors website. First locate your Video Card and Driver Information Open up Control Panel Display Settings Advanced Adapter (this will tell you what video card you are using) Properties Driver (this will tell you what driver version you are using) Once you have your video card and driver information go to the vendors website and download a newer driver. Nvidia: <a target=_blank href="http://www.nvidia.com">http://www.nvidia.com</a>http://www.nvidia.com ATI: <a target=_blank href="http://ati.amd.com">http://ati.amd.com</a>http://ati.amd.com Remove the existing driver Open up Control Panel Add/Remove Programs Uninstall NVIDIA or ATI Drivers Reboot Install the newer downloaded driver Reboot again NOTE: It is very important that you follow these steps exactly, especially removing the existing driver. If that does not resolve the issue try opening up Fluent (if running in serial mode) using the -serv flag. For example, at the command line type: fluent 3d -serv Or run Fluent in parallel by typing: fluent 3d -t2 |
