Do customers need to install the additional HP-MLIB math software library that is listed in the Unix installation Guide (OS requirements)?

The mlib functionality should be archived into the application. The customer should not have to buy it, or need it on their system. The mlib library is supplied to customers that don't have it on the hppa8000-64 versions. It is in the syslib/hppa8000-64 directory of the ANSYS installation as libveclib.a. ANSYS is already set up to look for it there if the customer does not have the mlib installed on their system. |
