Yes, this is done automatically as long as the Models/Environments are within the same Project. A user can have multiple Models/Environments with different geometries within the same Project. When the user clicks solve, the jobs will be automatically queued and solved.
Currently there is no utility to join (or split) Projects. For a company with one license and two users, they typically will work sequentially with separate Projects. Those users would not be able to then queue their jobs when they leave for the day. However, if they thought ahead and put both models within one Project, the jobs would be queued automatically. All analyses will be included in the same *.dsdb file. Since *.dsdb files are dramatically smaller in size than ANSYS *.db and *.rst files, this might be an attractive procedure.
