How can I project a set of nodes on to a surface?

Create a coordinate system using the LOCAL command such that its XY plane is the desired surface (the location of the global origin is not important), be sure it is the active coordinate system via the CSYS command, and then issue the NMODIF command with a Z coordinate value of 0.0 and be sure to leave the other fields blank. |
