As of ANSYS 9.0, the method to delete a concentration keypoint created by the KSCON command in the GUI is to follow the same path used to create it: Main Menu>Preprocessor>Meshing>Size Cntrls>Concentrat KPs>Create, specify the keypoint number, then leave all remaining fields blank. This will delete the specification. The KSCON command could also be used: KSCON,keypoint#,,,,
