You can use profile data to set initialisation data for CFX-5 and you could even do this for CFX-4 or TASCflow results files. The basic procedure is as follows: 1. Export the desired variable(s) on a domain basis from CFX-Post using domain locator(s). 2. Read this data into CFX-Pre (Tools/Initialise Profile Data), giving it the file name that you exported from CFX-Pre. 3. Refer to this interpolation function on the Initialisation form as: Function Name.Variable name(argument list) i.e. StaticMixer.Temperature(x,y,z) |
