Resolution:
rpm -qa |grep openmotif The file libXm.so.3 or libXp.so.6 should be in /usr/X11R6/lib64. If it is not there, install the 64-bit as well as the 32-bit Motif shared libraries needed to run the application. For RHEL4: openmotif-2.2.3-6. RHEL4.2 openmotif-2.2.3-5.
