SYMPTOM:
When trying to install Ansys CFX Release 10.0 on an HP Alphaserver machine, the relevant OS package could not be found.
PROBLEM:
The HP AlphaServer Hardware Platform is mistakenly listed on the HP IA-64 CD. It is actually located on the SGI 64-bit CD.

WORKAROUND: Install the product from the CD labelled SGI 64-bit. Note: A sticker will be adding a sticker to the current stock of incorrect CDs that points people at the correct CD for the HP Alphaserver installation. Any newly created CDs will have a correct label. FIXED IN: Release 10.0 |
