Customer configures RSM under WB 10.0 and when he tries to perform verify server function his communicaton channel appears to lock and
does not give a response. What is wrong?


The customer is using the same machine as web server and compute server, which is a special case that slipped thru the doc cracks.

For windows server 2003, they need to run RSM setup again following the `compute server` path and enter `NETWORK SERVICE` as the user (for XP it would be `ASPNET`).
