Class 3 Error
SYMPTOM:
When attempting to use particle vertex variables, for example in CEL expressions or in User Fortran, the solver crashes or produces unphysical results.
PROBLEM:
This is due to a bug in the CFX Solver when the particle vertex mass flows are calculated for particles that are injected at Wall type boundaries. General particle injection regions (e.g. specified through User Fortran), and particles injected at boundaries other than Walls ar
