What is the meaning of "Target Minimum Coefficient Loop" and "Target Maximum Coefficient Loop" in the Adaptive Timestep method?

Timestep will be increased if actual number of coefficient loops is less than the target minimum.
Timestep will be reduced if the actual number is larger than the target maximum.

Use these parameters to specify the target range for the number of coefficient loops (eg, 3-6).
Note, that the actual min/max number of coefficient loops as set in SOLVER CONTROL must exceed this target range (eg, 1-10).
