Due to a change in the naming of Lagrangian particle source terms in CFX-10, a restart from a CFX-5.7.1 results file, can show a large increase in residual values. A smoother restart can be achieved by first running for a single step, with the fluid equations switched off, the `Particle Under Relaxation Factors` set to 1.0 and the Particle Tracking `Iteration Frequency` set to 1. |
