I get the following error message when I try to launch CFX 10.0 on Windows:

Engine state was written to C:/Documents and Settings/yang/.cfx/10.0/cfxpre/dump.cst

1. From the Launcher window, select Show|Show All This will create a long list of output. Near the top of the output you will see the path set for the variable CFX_PROFILE. 2. Check to see if the path for CFX_PROFILE is not the same as the path given in the error message after CreateDirectory (in the above example: C:/Documents and Settings/yang.PHYSICS/.cfx) If these paths are not the same, then you need to do the following to get around the problem: Try deleting the CFXPreferences.ccl file from either of those directories |
