Why does this user beam section require 800 Mb to read into ANSYS 10.0?

This is a fairly large cross section: 10460 nodes/2100 elements. In solving for the section properties we use the Sparse solver, but don't use the ANSYS equation assembly and are not efficient with respect to memory usage [Ref: Feature Request 40213.] |
