When importing my curve files, I get the following warning in TurboGrid 11.0:

WARNING
HUB dimensions, 1906.249268, are outside of the ideal range (0.2-200).
Without corrective action, serious geometry and mesh generation problems may result.
Try using different Base Units for Machine Data.

WARNING
SHROUD dimensions, 1562.279419, are outside of the ideal range (0.2-200).
Without corrective action, serious geometry and mesh generation problems may result.
Try using different Base Units for Machine Data.

WARNING
Blade dimensions, 449.964568, are outside of the ideal range (0.2-200).
Without corrective action, serious geometry and mesh generation problems may result.
Try using different Base Units for Machine Data.

What should I do?

This warning should not be taken lightly!!! It may result in surface trimming, surface intersection, projection and mesh generation errors! Base units are used by underlying geometry kernel. The geometry kernel operations are unreliable if scale of the base units is outside 0.2 to 200. This warning is generated when this requirement is violated.

To fix the problem, simply modify the base units in TurboGrid in the Object tree (GEOMETRY > MACHINE DATA > UNITS) as indicated in the warning message. In this case the base units were set to mm. Setting them to m will remove the warning.
