Customer received the following error while trying to install Workbench 10.0 SP2 and WB 11.0 preview.
"error (-5009: 0x8002801d)has occurred while running the setup"
Is there a workaround for this error?

Try the following: Rename "C:Program FilesCommon FilesInstallshieldProfessionalRunTime" to RunTime.orig Rename "C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesInstallshieldProfessionalRunTime" RunTime.orig ...run the Workbench setup again |
