Is it possible to extract the maximum and minimum Equivalent (Von Mises) stress for BEAM188/189?

In ANSYS Release 11.0, it is possible to extract the maximum and minimum Equivalent stress values, but not their location. With the *GET command (*GET,PAR,SECR), you can extract the component (X,Y,XY) and derived (1,2,3,INT,EQV) stresses. If the element number on the *GET command is blank, the maximum or minimum value for all of the elements will be extracted. |
