How to resolve warning message involving the temperature limits?

There are two main causes for this: shell conduction initialization and reacting flow/heat transfer issues.

If you are using Shell conduction, you must patch the shell zones using the Initialize->Patch panel.

If there is reacting flow or heat transfer, or if the fluid is an ideal gas, you may encounter temperature limits reached (both high and low).

If high limits are being reached, the reaction rate may be unrealistically high, causing a large local heat release. This often happens in situations such as start-up, when there is a large fraction of oxidizer.
