Customer has a new XP x64 computer. They have loaded SolidWorks 2007 on it and now ANSYS V11 SP1. ANSYS works fine and the interface to ProE works fine. However, the interface for SolidWorks does not appear in SolidWorks when trying to use the interface. The Geometry Interface for SolidWorks was chosen during setup and there were no errors during install. What needs to be done to show the ANSYS interface?

Open SolidWorks and go to: Tools->Add-Ins. Check ANSYS Interface so that it is loaded when SolidWorks starts up. |
