SYMPTOM:
When restarting a moving mesh calculation that uses the Second Order Transient scheme, initial jumps in the solution (e.g. pressure) may be apparent. the size of the jump is problem dependent.

PROBLEM:
Due to a bug in the solver, the transient term in the flow equations is assembled as first order for the first timestep instead of second order. The solver then switches to second order for the remainder of the calculation.

WORKAROUND:
No workaround is currently available.

FIXED IN:
ANSYS CFX Release 12.0.
