Why does Workbench Simulation not process the command /CONFIG,NRES,n?

A few ANSYS commands, including /CONFIG, only work at the begin level. Command snippets inserted in Simulation that are noted to be issued prior to the first SOLVE command will be issued at the solution level, which is below the begin level. The workaround is to issue the commands shown below. The command object should be set up to only be issued for the first load step and it must be processed prior to any SOLVE command, regardless of whether the solve is issued by Simulation or another command object.
