In ANSYS Release 11.0, are the torsional shear stresses for BEAM188/189 correct?

No, the SXZ and SXY torsional shear stresses are reversed for BEAM188/189. The value for SXZ is stored as SXY and vice versa. This behavior has been corrected in Release 12.0. |
