KR327: How can I define boundary zones for FLUENT?

You can create the boundary zones in DM or AMP for FLUENT.

In order to let FLUENT apply automatically the boundary conditions according to the name selections, the boundary zone name must contain the words used as boundary condition name for FLUENT.

For instance in the example below you can enter a name like `velocity_inlet`, or `velocity-inlet:1`, etc.

When this mesh is open in FLUENT, it will map that boundary zone to the velocity-inlet boundary condition.

A good practice is to enter the boundary conditions in AMP.

In order to create inlet boundary zone:

Left-click on the yz plane at -x to select it

Right-click and select `Create Named Selection` from context menu

Name the selection, `velocity inlet` (see attached image for details)
