KR380: Which ANSYS mesh generation tools, if any, can generate meshes in parallel (i.e. using multiple processors)?

CFX-Mesh is the only mesher in R12.x that generates meshes in parallel. Staring with R13 the Meshing application will support parallel meshing for selective algorithms and this will be extended to other algorithms in R14 and beyond. Additionally ICEM-CFD's the patch independent mesher is parallel but this is not available in Meshing in Workbench. |
