KNOWN ISSUE: Incorrect use of gas constant in NES nucleation model (Class 3 Error)

SYMPTOM:
When using the non-equilibrium steam model, the amount of nucleation predicted by the model is in error, and therefore incorrect results are obtained.

PROBLEM:
The nucleation model incorrectly uses the universal gas constant rather than the gas-specific gas constant. As a consequence of this error, the bulk tension factor specified by the user is often changed - this is no longer required in corrected software.

WORKAROUND:
No workaround is currently available.

FIXED IN:
ANSYS CFX Release 13.0. A custom executable for ANSYS CFX Release 12.1 is available on request.
