ROOT CAUSE: Parametric Technology Corporation has rebranded their Pro/ENGINEER software, which is now called Creo Elements/Pro. ANSYS does not recognize the new name. See Resolution below. This will be fixed in R14. --------- RESOLUTION: Edit the configuration files as follows: Suggestion: Make a backup copy of this file before making changes. 1) Open the installation log file for editing <ProLoadpoint>uninstallinstlog.txt 2) Add the following line: (FORANSYS "Wildfire 5.0") |
