Is it possible to access SMISC and NMISC data associated with contact results in WB-Mechanical using User Defined Results? Initial attempts do not seem to work. How do you do it?

Yes this is possible. WB-Mechanical has adopted a convention that miscellaneous data for contact elements be called CONTSMISC and CONTNMISC. This means that SMISC and NMISC data will only display on non-contact elements and that CONTSMISC and CONTNMISC data will only display on contact elements.

Also, make sure you set "Calculate Contact" to "Yes" under Analysis Settings=>Output Control, otherwise it does not work. As far as scoping, just select the geometry entities (edges or areas) associated with the contact surface.

An example is attached.
