FLUENT Hangs When Trying to Read in a Compiled UDF using Network Parallel

There are a couple of reasons why this might happen. 1.The Message Passing Interface that FLUENT supports might not be installed or configured correctly. See step number 8 in the document Configuring FLUENT Network Parallel (Related Solution 2019656) if you are running FLUENT 6.2.16 for supported MPI or Socket based communicators. See step number 8 in the document Configuring FLUENT 6.3.xx Network Parallel (Related Solution 2018376). 2.The directory where the UDF is located is not shared. Please see the document Compiling and Loading User Defined Functions (Related Solution 2017096). |
