Problem Description: When the HPC Setup Category in ANSYS Launcher V12.0.1 is selected, it shows the following error: ------------------------------------- ERROR MESSAGE RECEIVED: bad Scrolledlistbox index "-1": must be active, anchor, end, @x,y, number, or a pattern bad Scrolledlistbox index "-1": must be active, anchor, end, @x,y, number, or a pattern while executing "[$m_launcherObj GetPanel] DisplayHpcTab $m_hpcTab.f" (object "::launcherGuiObj" method "::LauncherGui::HpcTabSelected" body line 3) ... Resolution: This is most likely caused by an older version of ANSYS 12.0 (ANSYS 12.0 Preview 7) being installed at one point. 1.Rename the profiles.xml file to profiles.old from C:Documents and Settingsuser_nameApplication DataAnsysv120launcher 2.Restart the application. |
