Problem Description: When running Distributed ANSYS on Microsoft Compute Cluster Server (CCS) and using more than four processors the job runs extremely slowly. A job that took one minute locally took twenty minutes on the cluster using seven processors.
Resolution: If the Server has Windows 2003 Server SP1 and the base installation of Compute Cluster Pack you will run into this problem. The Microsoft Compute Cluster Server needs to have Windows 2003 Server Service Pack 2 and Microsoft Compute Cluster Pack Service Pack 1.
