FIDAP: Error Message: HOME Environment must be set!

This message will occur up when you are trying to open FIDAP incorrectly usually from double-clicking on the wrong executable within Windows. FIDAP has two executable files (fidap.exe). The one that is invoked when you type FIDAP at the Command Prompt is located in the Fluent.Incntbinntx86 directory. The other fidap.exe file is located in the Fluent.IncFidap 8.xbinntx86 directory. Double-clicking on this executable will produce the above error message.

Resolution: Do not start FIDAP from within Windows. FIDAP must be started from a Command Prompt.
