How to set coal volatile and carbon content when wet combustion option is used?

It is not clear in documentation how to set the material properties for volatiles and char fraction when wet combustion option is used for a solid fuel combustion case.
The volume fraction of water in solid fuel is set in the Wet Combustion Panel under Injections. Usually mass fraction of moisture in coal is available. Volume fraction can be calculated using the following formula:
volume fraction of H2O=mass fraction of H2O * (density of wet fuel/density of water)
Next, fuel flowrate should be set using wet fuel flowrate. It must include moisture.
Finally, it is very important to note that the volatile fraction and char fraction defined under Materials panel for combusting particle must be based on *dry* fuel analysis and not wet analysis.
