copying multiple meshed volumes with connected geometry

Users frequently want to copy multiple connected volumes which are meshed. But the copying operation disconnects the volumes. Following operations can do the trick: 1. Copy the desired connected meshed volumes with the option COPY MESH UNLINKED ( COPY MESH LINKED option does not allow to connect the disconnected faces) 2. Do a global connect operation for all faces ( if geometry contains desired non-conformal interfaces, make sure they are not connected). This connect operation does not DELETE the mesh while connecting the faces. |
