Some users wonder if they can use the re-read grid option or a substitute of it that was available in version 5. In 6.1, the option has been removed from the TUI. To use the reread grid capability in 6.1, user can type in the main FLUENT window, the following (including the parenthesis): (ti-reread-grid) This will prompt the user to enter the new grid file name. The option was removed simply because there is a better option of reading and writing boundary conditions from the case file i.e. read bc and write bc. |
