POLYFLOW - obtaining the first solution at an assigned value of S (evolution) or t?

In evolution or transient calculations, how can one obtain the first solution at a given value of S (evolution parameter) or time?
Let us assume that the initial step at S_ini succeeds, the subsequent step will be performed at S=S_ini+1.5*dS_ini (or t = t_ini+1.5*dt_ini).
