POLYFLOW - 2D contact case with surface tension: trouble with mass conservation or surface motion

When running a 2D contact case with surface tension, such as e.g. in injection moulding, it may happen that the free surface does not move, or that the mass conservation is not satisfied.
This may originate from the choice of interpolation for the velocity and coordinates. By default, the interpolation for the coordinates and velocity are respectively linear and quadratic. In other words, the mid-segment velocity is not accompanied by a corresponding node motion. A possible remedy consists of selecting the same interpolation level for the velocity and for hte coordinates. Typically, a linear interpolation for the velocity can be used.
