FLUENT 6.2 - FMG initialization fails for 2D axisymmetric cases with swirl, turbulence and node-based gradients turned on

If you are running a 2D axisymmetric case with swirl and have turbulence and node-based gradients turned on, the FMG initialization will fail. FMG iterations will go to completion but all variable fields will be wrong.
The failure of FMG initialization is due to a bug in FLUENT V6.2.16. The workaround would be to use cell-based gradients during the FMG initialization and switch back to node-based gradient when you start iterating the calculation. This bug will be fixed in FLUENT V6.3
