POLYFLOW - The solver does not identify the proper node for PROBE output

Running a simulation on a subdomain that is part of a mesh containing two subdomains. A probe is defined at a specific location, in the surrounding of the other subdomain. Upon examination of the probe files, the expected result is not found. Still, the solver claims that no node was found, as if it performed the search on the other subdomain.
This may happen when two nodes exist at the location of the probe. The solver performs a search on all nodes, and identifies the closest one; this one could be closer with respect to an "epsilon" only. In fact, if two nodes have exactly the same coordinates, the first occurrence is considered (a test on distances is performed with the operator < and not <=).
Changing the coordinates of the probe may help, or modifying the grid a bit for avoiding the coincidence of such a strategic node.
