This problem may be caused by Multi-byte/Unicode characters in the Windows username: This has been observed when Korean characters are in the username: Example : C:Documents and Settings???Application DataAnsysv81. If you delete the ..v81 directory, Workbecch will again run correctly for the first time, then fail each time thereafer. Workaround The recommened workaround at this time is to change the username to standard characters Example : C:Documents and SettingsjsmithApplication DataAnsysv81.
