WebUpdate patch indicates application not installed.


Recommended fix:

1) Uninstall the application

2) Restore the application settings to factory configuration:
Launch the registry editor by clicking start - > run - > type "regedit"
Now look for,
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareAnsoft{application} and delete the {version} folder.

3) Clear any configuration data.
Go to My DocumentsAnsoft{application}{version} and delete the config directory.

4) Install the application.

5) Manually install the latest patch.

6) Run the application and select "help"->"about" to verify product is patched to latest version.
