Unable to install Ansoft on Windows:

Disable Sophos Anti-Virus. The .rra files are the temporary files that are extracted from the InstallShield cab file. They are extracted as .rra from the cab then renamed to the appropriate file extension. This is completely beyond our control as all of this is done by the InstallShield engine. It seems as though Sophos is falsely flagging the file and removing it before it can be renamed.
