The distribution and cov for the uncerrtainty parameters is specified in the DOE cell, not the SSA cell of a Six Sigma analysis. Parameters that are unchecked in the DOE cell have a fixed value. A previous robust design capability which used both control parameters and uncertainty parameters was removed at 13.0 and will be rebuilt in a release or two.
So the current six sigma sigma solution provides the statistical distribution of output parameters due to the specified distribution of uncertainty parameters at a single design point.
