You are running ANSYS version R14.0, but your license server is still running R13.0. Download the ANSYS License Manager from the ANSYS Customer Portal and install it in the same location as the R13.0 License Manager. There is no need to uninstall the previous license manager, the installation wizard will replace it with the new license manager. You do not need a new license file. Your existing license file will be recognized as a valid license if you have a current TECS agreement and the current license file is installed. |
