CFDPOST: I am creating animations in CFDPOST. The problem is that the resulting movie is way too fast, not possible to appreciate the difference between the frames. How can I adjust the frame rate of the exported animation?

Quick animation will not have much control on the frame rate. You need to use Keyframe animation for this and you can provide the number of frames to control the rate.
