No, for several reasons. At 11.0, postprocessing in Simulation is done by reading the ANSYS RST file which contains results for two sectors, only one of which Simulation knows about. Also, Simulation does not have the tool to combine the two sector results into one expanded solution [/CYCEXPAND].
In addition, there is information in the ANSYS database after a modal cyclic symmetry analysis which is necessary to postprocess the results. Simulation does not have access to that. At 10.0, there was a limited capability to do modal cyclic symmetry as results retrieval was done using an XML file created after some postprocessing in ANSYS.
