Customer tries to run ANSYS 8.1 on an HP UX 11.11 machine and gets the following message :
/usr/lib/pa20_64/dld.sl: Unable to find library '1:/usr/lib/pa20_64/libcps.2'.
/ansys_inc/v81/ansys/bin/ansys81[14]: 2312 Memory fault
What is causing this error?

This library (libcps.2) is part of the HPUXEng4RT Run Time Library. Verify that this Run Time Library is installed. Also verify that the required quality packs are installed: QPK1100 B.11.00.62.04 Quality Pack (Sept. 2003) B6268AA B.11.00.11.02 graphics and Tech Computing Software B6061AA B.11.08.05.01 HP-MLIB math software |
