At ANSYS 8.0 and 8.1 there was an error that caused the picker to freeze or not appear. Part of the workaround to this error was to set "keyword,NORMB,1" in the start81.ans file to turn off RMB operations. If the user is using the same file for start90.ans as was used for start81.ans, then the RMB capability will still be disabled. Simply removing the "keyword,NORMB,1" line from start90.ans will remedy this problem and enable RMB capability.
