Setting up a default parallel host configuration
Error setting up database for API: Error loading library /usr/local/cfx/CFX-5.7/lib/linux-ia64/CCL_Parser_Lite.so
: libcxa.so.4: cannot open shared object file
: No such file or directory at /usr/local/cfx/CFX-5.7/lib/ccl/CCL/Parser/Lite.pm line 84.
Compilation failed in require at /usr/local/cfx/CFX-5.7/lib/ccl/CCL/API.pm line 109.

RESOLUTION:

This is a known error in CFX 5.7 and CFX 5.7.1, but it's harmless . It just means that it's failed to create the default hosts.ccl file. You should be able to use all modules of CFX without any problems.

The hosts.ccl file is used to setup distributed parallel runs. Since it failed to create a default hosts.ccl file, please refer to CFX Help pages for more info on how to create one manually. Help>Master Contents> Solver Manager>Contents>Using Solver Manager> Setting Up and Running a Parallel Run.
