Customer is using ANSYS 9.0 on HP-UX platform B.11.11 U 9000/785 and gets the following error.
An unexpected error ( Bus Error ) has occurred... ANSYS internal data
has been corrupted. ANSYS is unable to recover and will terminate.
Previously saved files are unaffected.

This is most likely related to the patch level they are using. By getting a libF90.sl from a pre May 2005 patched system and putting it in ansys/syslib/hp64 directory, the customer was able to get ANSYS to run. Something in the patch might be altering libF90.sl. A 'good' libF90.sl is attached to this solution. |
